Sigma Defense is currently seeking a Senior Military Admin Analyst to support Afloat Training Group, Pacific (ATGPAC) Headquarters in San Diego, CA.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Navy administrative experience relating to manpower.
  • Admin Officer or Senior Enlisted with an administrative background.
  • 3+ years of experience working at the Staff Level.
  • Experience creating and finalizing Activity Manpower Documents.
  • Capability for preparation of briefings, reports, and correspondence.
  • Experience with managing IA programs.
  • Possession of excellent analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.

Personnel Clearance Level:

  • Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active Secret security clearance or higher.
  • Clearance may be sponsored for the right candidate.

Essential Job Duties (not all-inclusive):

  • Develop, manage, analyze, and forecast military and civilian manpower requirements.
  • Maintain effective and continuing communications with higher echelon commands regarding requirements and coordination with subordinate.
  • Conduct research and special study projects to resolve problems, develop or revise procedures, or evaluate concepts related to ATGPAC manpower.
  • Review organization structure, implement procedural changes, and assess impacts on manpower.
  • Review and validate manpower documents, lead on-site reviews, develop funding plans, and implement final products into Activity Manpower Documents (AMDs).
  • Develop manpower strategies, provide primary oversight, and representation of manpower and personnel issues.
  • Plan and direct highly technical and complex manpower analyses for ATGPAC and SURFPAC, SURFOR, C3F, C7F, CPF, and INDOPACOM.
  • Develop strategies for reorganization initiatives and identify actions for consolidation and realignment as required,
  • Oversee the development and modification of mission, functions, and tasks for ATGPAC and subordinate commands.
  • Analyze, interpret, and implement policies and manpower guidance from higher echelons, NAVMAC and PERS.
  • Coordinate and manage the selection process for Individual Augmentee (IA) requests from Higher Headquarters (HHQ).

Salary Range: $105,000 - $120,000 annually.
