What to Expect
We are seeking a results-driven Training Team Supervisor to lead our team in supporting the Distribution Centers on the West Coast of North America. As a successful leader, you will have a strong background in warehouse operations, training delivery, and cross-functional communication. You will be responsible for developing and implementing training plans across multiple sites, time zones, and shifts. What You'll Do
- Coordinate mobile equipment training across multiple sites to be consistent with OSHA guidelines for safety, operations, and certification on site(s)
- Identify gaps within the organization and help create solutions to close those gaps
- Supervise a group of training coordinators to meet and exceed the expectations of internal customers (operations, EH&S, and other cross-functional teams/stakeholders)
- Hire and develop a strong training coordinator team that is responsible for training, certifying, and collaborating with different parts of the organization
- Continually evaluate the performance of each employee and provide constant feedback to drive results oriented with the company's mission
- Create and maintain metrics to ensure a world-class training team
What You'll Bring
- 2-3 years of leadership experience in distribution, manufacturing, or similar operations
- Strong people leader with proven experience in hitting goals/KPIs in high-paced environment
- Experience in delivering training to cross-functional teams at different levels
- Strong communication skills both written and verbally to various teams
- Intermediate to advanced skills of MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint)
- Ability to solve, prioritize, and adhere to business-critical deadlines
- Adaptable to adjusting shifts and days based on team needs, including holidays and weekends when necessary, with the flexibility to travel up to 20% of the time as required

Expected Compensation
$86,400 - $129,600/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
