What to Expect
As a Network Launch Project Manager, you will be responsible for owning all processes and scope involved in launching a new energy facility. It will be your responsibility to coordinate the commissioning/decommissioning of energy sites. This includes everything from facility requirements & selection, CAD layout/design & approvals, to commissioning the new site and decommissioning the old. You will need comprehensive understanding of building operations and logistics to ensure efficient design and implementation.

What You'll Do
  • Own the timeline and deadlines throughout each project and hold relevant stakeholders accountable to their key checkpoints
  • Coordinates with operations teams to ensure crews, field service technicians and office personnel are planned for during any movements/adjustments to their schedules
  • Ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the process
  • Work with the estimation team to calculate the budget. Gain all necessary approvals based on the spend threshold
  • Design and gain approval for layout of buildings from operations, warehousing, and safety leadership
  • Manage Due Diligence, permits, and construction processes to ensure projects are to code and on budget

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective reasoning and judgment skills
  • Read and interpret all contract documents, plans, specifications, and requirements
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and capitalize on project opportunities
  • Ability to Travel 10-20% of the time
  • Thorough understanding of project management software such as: MS Projects & Planner, Visio, Excel, Powerpoint, Bluebeam

    Expected Compensation
    $75,600 - $140,400/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
