Description

Your Role:

Responsible for oversight of inventory from supply request, replenishment fulfillment, inventory controls, monitoring inventory throughput, and maintaining inventory disciplines across multiple sites to support North America sales. Support visibility of North American inventory for Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure efficient and effective service levels. Perform data analysis on SAP inventory settings to streamline inbound, storage, and outbound activities. Support Inventory Subject Matter Expert through assistance in document/report creation and communication.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Create and analyze replenishment requests, reconcile variances and communicate critical service levels to NA Marketing.
  • Support Key Account SME by reviewing orders through the Supply Chain and provide communication as directed to Product Managers in support of the required high service level.
  • Conduct analysis and monitor SAP transactions to identify, resolve, and communicate inventory variance resolution when identified to North American stakeholders
  • Assist inventory Quarterly counts and Weekly cycle counts to maintain high inventory accuracy levels
  • Generate routine inventory and service level KPIs for Supply Chain leadership (capacity models, replenishment cycle times, scrap, etc.) * Utilize procedures for inventory tools/reports to identify North American inventory level shortfalls or excess.
  • Recommend and/or support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste associated with Supply Chain Operations.
  • Complete ServiceNow tickets to provide support to other teams/departments with Inventory information requests.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years' experience in various Supply Chain functions (warehousing, logistics, purchasing) with GMP environment experience preferred.
  • Experience working in an ERP system (SAP preferred).
  • Experience/exposure to demand and supply planning preferred.
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience required with a focus on Excel.


Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:



  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate outside of immediate team.
  • Knowledge of inventory management best practices including cycle counting, stock rotation, material replenishment and scrap.

The hiring range for this position is expected to fall between $64,047 - $75,313/year for Gaithersburg, MD, and $60,844 - $71,547/year for Auburn, CA, reflecting the range candidates can reasonably expect to be considered for at time of offer, based on factors such as experience, internal equity, and qualifications.

The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of considerations, including but not limited to internal equity, experience, education, specialization, skills, abilities, and training. The above range represents the Company's good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting.

In addition to your salary, the Company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan. All benefits are subject to eligibility requirements. Certain positions may also be eligible for additional compensation such as bonuses or commissions.
