Overview WGI is seeking a Senior Art Director with 7+ years of experience to join our Creative/Marketing Department in the West Palm Beach, FL office. WGI is an award-winning national consulting firm providing land planning, civil engineering, landscape architecture, transportation, geospatial services, and parking solutions, with our corporate headquarters in West Palm Beach, FL. With offices throughout the U.S., WGI delivers a comprehensive range of infrastructure services to a diverse client base in over 30 states. This role is ideal for a highly creative, concept-driven designer who is passionate about building brands, shaping visual experiences, and elevating corporate marketing through exceptional design. The Senior Art Director will help define the visual voice of WGI across all channels-bringing strategy, storytelling, and craftsmanship together to create meaningful, high-impact creative. This is a hands-on role requiring both visionary thinking and production-level excellence within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This position is full-time with possible overtime, as needed. #Li-onsite Responsibilities
Develop and contribute to creative concepts and visual direction for internal campaigns and corporate marketing initiatives, translating business objectives into compelling brand stories while maintaining WGI brand standards
