Corewell Health is seeking aBE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join our team at our Allendale, MI primary careclinic near Grand Valley State University campus. Inthis role, you will work alongside other Physicians and APP's caring for the patients ofAllendale, surroundingcommunities, and college campus.

Work a four-day work week with EPIC EMR and 3 Physician and 3 Advanced Practice Provider colleagues. Team-based care is supplemented by a behavioral health specialist, care manager, medical assistants and experienced operations manager. Qualifications

  • Required - bachelor's degree
  • BE/BC Family/Internal Medicine
  • LIC-Physician (MD) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required Or
  • LIC-Osteopathic Physician (DO) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
  • CRT-DEA Registration - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
  • CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 120 Days required Or
  • CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 120 Days required
  • CRT-Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA American Heart Association If required by specialty or stress test performed 120 Days required
