We are hiring a Senior Software Asset Management Analyst to join the team providing crucial support to managing the assets across our enterprise. In this role, you will oversee license and compliance optimization, manage asset data in the ServiceNow platform, create and maintain dashboards for reporting, and ensure the maximizing of value while minimizing risk. This role works on a team of three individuals within software asset management and is part of the larger asset and configuration management team.

This position can be based to work out of any Jack Henry office or remotely from any US location with the exception of California. May require occasional travel, up to 10% for meetings, trainings, or conferences.

All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Executes documented processes to achieve defined objectives and outcomes of the ITSM Practices.
  • Records, tracks, and reviews KPI's and metrics related to the performance of the practice and provides feedback, insight, and solutions into the effectiveness and efficiency of processes, teams, tools, and partners.
  • Creates, reviews, and updates practice documentation as authorized.
  • Utilizes ITSM tools and technologies as appropriate for the practice being managed.
  • Engages and advises Service Owners, Product Teams, and Business Leaders to achieve the goals defined for the practices.
  • Organizes and facilitates meetings with stakeholders to collaborate and align departmental strategy or direction with the overall goals of the Company.
  • May participate in on-call rotations as appropriate for the practice being managed.
  • Assists in training less experienced peers.
  • May act as a team lead.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have:

  • Minimum of 6 years of IT asset management experience.
  • Experience with ServiceNow.
  • Experience with license management in IT.

What would be nice for you to have:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Certification in IT asset management (e.g. IAM, IATAM).
