As a Security Officer - Office Park Patrol in NASHVILLE, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help promote an orderly environment. You will conduct routine foot patrols, remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and respond to concerns with clear communication and strong customer service. Why Join Us: What You'll Do: - Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following post orders and notifying appropriate personnel.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial property, including building interiors, common areas, parking areas, loading and service zones, and perimeter spaces; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
- Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by observing persons and vehicles, verifying authorization when required, and directing visitors to appropriate destinations.
- Observe and report suspicious activity, hazardous conditions, and maintenance concerns, and complete detailed incident and activity reports per Allied Universal requirements.
- Use access control and visitor management procedures such as checking identification, issuing temporary badges, maintaining visitor logs, and coordinating deliveries per site policy.
- Monitor alarms, cameras, and building systems as assigned, and respond to notifications in accordance with site procedures.
- Support crowd and traffic flow during periods of increased activity, including events and peak arrival or departure times, and coordinate with property management and local responders when needed.
- Provide directions and general assistance to the public while maintaining a professional presence consistent with Allied Universal standards.
- Perform foot patrols and, when assigned, vehicle patrols to help to deter unwanted activity and to identify security-related concerns in a timely manner.
- Communicate clearly via phone and/or radio, escalating issues to supervisors, property management, and/or emergency services as appropriate.
Minimum Requirements: - Have 2+ years of security experience.
- Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
- Be 21+ years of age.
- A guard card/license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
