Job Description
Kearney and Company is looking for a DAF FIAR Support Senior Analyst to join our growing team! This individual will serve as a senior contributor responsible for leading either auditremediation activities or key financialreporting functions, depending on organizational need. In the auditremediation track, the Senior Analyst will analyze audit findings, validate correctiveaction plans, identify rootcause issues, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure all remediation steps are fully implemented and properly documented. In the financialreporting track, the Senior Analyst will develop sections of the Agency Financial Report (AFR), support other federal financialreporting requirements, and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of financial statements and disclosures. Across both tracks, this individual will prepare detailed reports, monitors progress, and provides guidance to junior staff to strengthen internal controls and improve overall financialmanagement performance. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law.
