You will support the growth of our national practice by contributing to client delivery, providing technical accounting support, and helping guide project teams through complex accounting and finance initiatives. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise, a commitment to exceptional client service, and the ability to collaborate effectively across internal and client-facing teams. What You Will Do: Support the execution of client engagements across the finance and accounting functions, including: technical accounting, financial reporting, and related advisory projects Assist in creating project plans, managing day-to-day tasks, and preparing client deliverables Participate in communications with client stakeholders, including providing regular project updates and contributing to the development of final presentations Assist with the development, training, and coaching of team members to promote learning, quality, and collaboration * Contribute to building and standardizing tools, methodologies, and best practices within the AAS practice Maintain accountability for assigned workstreams, timelines, and deliverables Handle administrative and engagement-related tasks in a timely and professional manner Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field 2+ year(s) of relevant experience in public accounting or industry Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Prior consulting experience CPA license #LI-ATL, #LI-NYC, #LI-TYS #LI-CH2 New York City Pay Transparency Pursuant to the pay transparency laws of New York State and other local ordinances within the state including (but not limited to) New York City, the salary range displayed is for the New York markets. The salary for this role will be based on the experience, education, and skill set of the individual for the position. Total compensation and benefits consist of salary, group health plan benefits, 401(K), profit-sharing contributions, flexible time off, and parental leave. Forvis Mazars reserves the right to make changes to the salary range based on business needs. New York Salary Range: NY Minimum Salary (USD) $ 94,100 NY Maximum Salary (USD) $ 156,800
