Role Summary

This role supports Trade Services and Capital Markets operations by delivering accurate, compliant, and timely international banking and risk management services to commercial clients. You'll serve as a trusted partner to customers and internal teams while managing complex trade finance and capital markets transactions. The position offers strong exposure to global banking products and opportunities to deepen expertise across trade and capital markets disciplines.

Key Accountabilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer support for trade finance and capital markets products, including letters of credit, collections, FX, and derivatives.

  • Process and settle trade finance, foreign exchange, interest rate swap, and commodity derivative transactions accurately and on time.

  • Advise customers and internal partners on import/export requirements, documentation, and international regulations.

  • Ensure compliance with international trade rules, regulatory requirements, and bank policies.

  • Reconcile accounts, validate GL activity, and produce risk management and profitability reporting.

  • Partner with front, middle, and back office teams to resolve issues and improve operational effectiveness.

  • Support audits, regulatory exams, and system enhancements related to international banking products.

Education & Experience

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience

  • 4+ years of experience in financial services with exposure to trade finance or capital markets

  • Proficiency in financial services operations

Preferred

  • 7+ years of experience in international trade or capital markets operations

  • Proficiency in either Trade Finance or Capital Markets operations

  • CDCS certification or related trade finance credential

  • Experience working with international regulations such as UCP, ISP, and Incoterms

Location: The ideal candidate will work hybrid from our Green Bay office. Will consider Milwaukee, Minneapolis and Chicago for the right individual.
