About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Executive Communications team elevates the voices of senior Salesforce leaders to their teams, across Salesforce, and for targeted external audiences. We create stories and resources that establish and reinforce executive brands and company viewpoints while promoting new initiatives, customer successes, and organization achievements in compelling, creative ways. We support event execution with narrative development, executive coaching, and presentation design.

We are looking for a dynamic executive communications leader to drive strategy and execution for Salesforce's Chief Financial and Operating Officer. In this role, you will own a high-impact executive communications program-primarily internal, with critical external and media-facing moments.

You will serve as a trusted communications partner to senior leadership, shaping clear, compelling narratives and preparing executives for high-visibility moments including media interviews, speaking engagements, all-company meetings, Dreamforce, and quarterly earnings.

This role blends strategic storytelling with operational rigor, requiring partnership across a highly matrixed organization.

Basic requirements:

  • 10+ years of communications experience supporting senior executives or high-profile spokespeople, with demonstrated success operating as a trusted partner and strategic advisor-not just a content producer

  • Proven track record leading complex, enterprise-wide, cross-functional communications programs in fast-paced, high-stakes environments

  • Strong executive presence with the judgment and confidence to advise and influence senior leaders in real time

  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent priorities, navigate ambiguity, and deliver high-quality work on tight timelines

  • Strength in packaging content across a range of channels, including written communications, presentations, speeches, video scripting, and media messaging

  • Strategic and critical thinker with a creative, solutions-oriented approach to problem solving

  • Knowledge of the technology/software industry. Financial communications experience a bonus

  • Alignment with Salesforce values of trust, customer success, innovation, equality, and sustainability

Primary responsibilities:

  • Lead executive communications strategy and execution across multiple portfolios, ensuring alignment with business priorities and delivery against key objectives

  • Develop clear, compelling, and audience-relevant communications by synthesizing business priorities, technical processes, and industry trends

  • Partner closely with senior executives, business leaders, project teams, and global communications colleagues to shape initiatives, refine messaging, and develop new ideas

  • Provide strategic counsel and creative communications solutions that influence decision-making and drive measurable results

  • Own and continuously improve executive communications processes, establishing best practices and operational rigor

  • Prepare and deliver executive presentations, advocating for communications strategies and ensuring leaders are set up for success in high-visibility moments

  • Manage resources across multiple portfolios, balancing priorities and timelines in a fast-paced environment

  • Use metrics, reporting, and insights to measure effectiveness, identify gaps, and inform continuous improvement
