We are building Salesforce's Sales Planning solution, enabling sales teams to bring together disciplines such Territory Carving, Segmentation, and Quota Planning to create agile, accurate sales plans. As a Senior Member of Technical Staff (SMTS) on the Sales Planning team , you will be responsible for the day-to-day is mainly front-end developing Vue.js applications on the SFDC platform. This is a chance to show off expertise on a new salesforce product and Gartner segment (Sales Performance Management).We are re-imagining sales planning for the AI era, transforming how businesses design territories, allocate resources, and set quotas to maximize sales productivity and coverage. You'll work on the next generation of our Sales Performance Management solutions, leveraging AI, geospatial intelligence from Salesforce Maps, and deep CRM integration to deliver predictive insights and optimized plans. You'll solve complex challenges in areas like territory optimization, capacity modeling, AI-driven forecasting using modern technologies like Vue.js, ESRI/Mapbox SDKs, and AWS. You'll directly contribute to our customers' ability to achieve ambitious sales targets and drive significant B2B growth. This is a Front-end Software Engineer role with opportunities for Full Stack Development. This is a hybrid work environment to the Atlanta, GA office, 10+ times/quarter. Responsibilities
