Job Summary
#CA-DS This position involves analyzing complex business problems using data to provide insight to decision-makers. Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences. Develop forecasts, recommendations, and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge. Works with business and/or clinical units to understand and prioritize data and information requirements. Create specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required / available data elements. Optimizes the performance of enterprise business intelligence tools by defining data to filter and index that adds value to the user. Develop business cases to support enterprise-wide business intelligence solutions. - Bachelors degree in related area and or equivalent experience and/or training
- Familiarity with or exposure to healthcare operational workflows, equipment planning, or facilities management is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Data entry / database maintenance.
- Purchasing, procurement, or invoicing support.
- Inventory tracking or equipment/furniture coordination.
- Project coordination or administrative support.
- Process improvement or operational workflow support.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, database software, tracking tools, or reporting/dashboards (e.g., Smartsheet, Power BI, Excel pivots, Tableau, Access, Monday.com, etc.).
- Prior experience in healthcare, construction, facilities planning, equipment planning, logistics, or vendor management is strongly preferred.
- Previous involvement in transition activation, move planning, procurement support, or ergonomic assessment projects is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of medical equipment, furniture, transition activation software and Database tools.
- Knowledge of MS Office tools.
- Familiarity with PMWeb, and UCD Management Tools
- Understanding of Medical Equipment, Furniture, and Transition and Activation Planning
- Analysis skills involving complex issues and data sources including analytical techniques, writing, metrics and data sources for assessing medical facility utilization.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile Scrum Master, or related certifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain, or related field; or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant work experience.
- Coursework or certification in data management, inventory systems, process improvement, or project support is highly desirable
