| Brief Summary of Work for this Position |
The Management Department at the University of North Carolina Wilmington invites applications for one full-time lecturer (non-tenure track) faculty position in Management beginning Fall 2026.
The successful candidate will teach eight courses in competitive/integrative/management strategy and organizational leadership/change, and will also be able to contribute to other core disciplines within the management curriculum as departmental needs evolve.
The successful candidate will also participate in departmental and student activities, provide departmental and university service, and engage in community outreach to expand our visibility and student enrollment and participation in the program. This position will be expected to maintain professional qualification through either professional engagement, research, or other means. |
| Minimum Education and Experience Requirements |
- A master's degree from an AACSB-accredited institution in management, strategic management, or a closely related field at the time of application.
- Candidates must have evidence of 3+ years of successful teaching at the university level in management, strategy, and/or related management disciplines.
- Candidates must have 3+ years professional experience in management, strategy, leadership, or a related field.
