Lecturer of Management

The Management Department at the University of North Carolina Wilmington invites applications for one full-time lecturer (non-tenure track) faculty position in Management beginning Fall 2026.

The successful candidate will teach eight courses in competitive/integrative/management strategy and organizational leadership/change, and will also be able to contribute to other core disciplines within the management curriculum as departmental needs evolve.

The successful candidate will also participate in departmental and student activities, provide departmental and university service, and engage in community outreach to expand our visibility and student enrollment and participation in the program. This position will be expected to maintain professional qualification through either professional engagement, research, or other means.

Business education within the AACSB-accredited Cameron School of Business ( CSB) is focused on the technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills students will need to lead this fundamental change in the business world through the 21st century. The CSB's Department of Management serves over 500 undergraduate majors and offers concentrations in Entrepreneurship & Business Development, Human Resource Management, Management & Leadership, and International Business. Faculty also teach in the Executive MBA, Online MBA, International MBA ( IMBA), and Post-Baccalaureate Certificate programs.
