What You Will Be Doing:

As an Aviation Environmental Practice Leader, you will build, lead, and grow our aviation environmental planning practice. In this highly influential role, you will guide a multidisciplinary team, oversee the delivery of complex aviation environmental projects, expand client relationships, and shape long-term practice strategy.

This position is based out of our Raleigh, NC location.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelors Degree in either Aviation or Airport Management, Civil Engineering, Land Use Planning and/or Transportation Planning or related field from an accredited college or university.
• 10+ years of progress experience in aviation and environmental planning, including project management and staff leadership
• Strong knowledge of FAA environmental regulations, including NEPA
• Proven ability to manage and motivate multidisciplinary teams
