Current staff, faculty/adjunct at Herzing University: log into UKG and navigate to Menu > Myself > My Company > View Opportunities to apply using the internal application process. This is a customer service position assisting a diverse student population. In this role you will guide students through the financial aid process and counsel prospective and current students through funding options. Financial Advisors receive onboarding support through our On the Job Training Program and have opportunity for growth by means of our Career Pathways.
A 40 hour work-week schedule will be determined based on preference and business needs falling during typical business hours for Herzing's Online Division. Two Saturdays required per semester. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Compensation is determined based on the qualifications, experience, and circumstances of each hire. It is uncommon for new employees to start near the top of the salary range. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a tuition waiver and reimbursement program, health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement savings plan. The hourly pay range for this position is $21.00 to $28.84.
