Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate leader for our Training Manager role. This role includes elements of consulting, planning, project management, coaching, people management, client management, developer knowledge and technical training. Some technical experience with consulting in IT Services is required.

Training includes classroom training and self-guided training.

In this role you will:
  • Prepare outlines and training schedules, coordinate in-house trainers, and facilitate GETS Talk training sessions.
  • Create tracking and status tools to monitor progress and report on user and their progress for specified training.
  • Manage and maintain the overall outline and training program documentation.
  • Plan and facilitate meetings and workshops.
Qualifications Requirements
  • MUST be US Citizen.
  • Experienced in Development and Delivery of technical based training.
  • Able to communicate with all levels of resources.
  • Knowledge of learning and management activities for consistent and effective training program.
  • Flexibility to be able to support different types of learners.
  • Strong organizational abilities, including goal setting and planning, prioritizing, proactive identification of near-term challenges, creative problem-solving, attention to detail.
  • Positive people skills, including listening and communication, providing direction, collaborative group problem-solving, growth orientation toward self and others.
  • Demonstrated initiative and motivation.
  • Ability to maintain enthusiasm and optimism with learners inspiring continued interest in growth and professional development.
  • A track record of providing professional consulting services to clients.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office product suite, Videoconferencing products, as well as other software programs. Ability to quickly learn and utilize new programs and systems, as well as teach them to others.
