Job Title: Buying Professional 2 Location(s): Orlando, FL Job Summary We are seeking an experienced procurement professional to implement commodity strategies that ensure long-term, cost-efficient, and compliant supply of materials, semi-products, and services. The role supports regional and global sourcing initiatives and partners closely with internal stakeholders to deliver measurable cost savings and supplier performance improvements. Key Responsibilities
- Implement commodity sourcing strategies to ensure cost-efficient and reliable supply.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage regional and global suppliers for assigned commodities.
- Prepare and lead supplier negotiations to achieve optimal commercial outcomes and savings.
- Ensure compliance with global procurement processes, Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) standards, and IT systems.
- Execute supplier management activities including qualification, evaluation, development, and classification.
- Collaborate closely with internal customers and project teams to support sourcing and project needs.
- Generate, document, and implement savings with full transparency of results.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement, commodity management, or strategic sourcing.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, supplier management, and contract negotiations.
- Experience working with global procurement processes and systems.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven, cross-functional environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
