Summary:

The Cybersecurity Operations Manager is a leader within the Information Security team responsible for managing the day-to-day operations essential for maintaining the resilience and integrity of the organization's assets and data. This role blends advanced technical expertise with proven team leadership to effectively detect and respond to diverse security issues, drive risk reduction, ensure regulatory compliance, and successfully deliver complex security objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field required.

  • 2 years supervisor or management experience.

  • 9 years of advancing expertise in information security capabilities including security event monitoring and response, data leak protection, threat intelligence, cyber incident response, etc.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft product suite and IT ticketing systems.

Licensure/Certification:

  • While not required, relevant IT Security certifications are strongly preferred (CISSP, CISA, CISM, Security+, GIAC, etc.)
