Prototype Trim Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION

Sew and Trim Tech responsibilities:

• Sewing capabilities and understanding of how to sew trim seat covers
• Basic pattern making skills
• Computer skills (Microsoft office suite)
• Basic software skills in Opitex (pattern making)
• Understand how to navigate TPDM
• Understand Marker files how to make them and how to use them
• Able to work with different engineers on different programs-GM, Ford, Toyota..
• Good communication skills
• Basic sewing and pattern making tool understanding
• Seat assembly experience
• Able to fill out a workorder for sewn parts and distribute components as needed to sew cell
