A highly respected chiropractic and rehabilitation center in Alexandria, LA is seeking a Bilingual Medical Office Assistant to join their welcoming and supportive team. This temp-to-hire role is your gateway to long-term career success in a rewarding and patient-focused environment!

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM (includes a 1.5-2-hour midday break)

Pay Rate: $14 - $15 per hour, depending on experience

Daily Tasks:

• Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
• Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient records
• Process payments and verify insurance coverage
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient front desk and office environment
• Assist the chiropractor with basic patient care when needed
• Deliver excellent customer service that reflects the clinic's commitment to wellness

What We're Looking For:

• At least 1 year of related experience
• Must be bilingual (English /Spanish)
• Dependable and hardworking
• Quick learner with strong multitasking skills
• Outgoing personality with great communication skills
• Passion for helping others and providing excellent patient care
• Previous experience in a medical or chiropractic office is a plus, but not required
