Hours and Pay

• Pay Rate: $14.50 per hour
• Shift: Second shift, 3:30 PM-12:00 AM
• Training Schedule: First shift, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM for 1-2 months
• Employment Type: 90-day temp-to-hire
• Work Environment: Climate-controlled

What You Will Do

• Pull, change, repair, and maintain print plates
• Mix and prepare ink according to specifications
• Perform prepress setup and troubleshoot production issues
• Read tape measures and complete accurate calculations
• Operate hand tools and basic computer systems
• Use Word and Excel for documentation and tracking
• Follow all safety and food safety guidelines
• Work independently with minimal supervision

What You Bring

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Advanced math skills and the ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Computer proficiency, including Word and Excel
• Experience using hand tools
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and bend or stoop as needed
