Pay Rate: $21.50 per hour

Shift: 6 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday-Friday

The Skills You Need

• Basics: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Hands-On Experience: 6 months or more in a quality or production setting is a plus.
• Focus: You take pride in accuracy and clean, correct work.
• Physical Strength: Able to move, lift (up to 50 pounds), and stand through your shift.
• Work Ethic: Team-first attitude and a mindset built on doing it right every time.

A Day Keeping Quality Tight

• Check and measure parts to make sure every piece meets the mark

• Work with your crew to keep production smooth and safe
• Log results and stay on top of quality reports
• Participate in internal and external audits
• Adhere to ISO 9001 procedures and site-specific QMS processes
