Job Description The ideal candidate would be located near our Jasper, IN headquarters and work primarily from this location. Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and curious AI & Analytics Intern to support our Strategic Growth and Business Development team. This role provides handson experience using AI tools, data analysis, and automation to enhance sales processes, improve efficiency, and support dealer engagement initiatives across Kimball International. Responsibilities: Assist in building and supporting AI tools and automations for sales and marketing workflows. Analyze sales and dealer data to identify trends and business insights. Support outreach programs, promotions, and incentive initiatives through AIenabled processes. Create simple dashboards, reports, and visual materials using AI and Microsoft tools. Help facilitate basic AI trainings, office hours, and team education sessions. Contribute to research projects and leadgeneration activities using AIpowered tools. Provide general administrative and analytical support as needed. Requirements: Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Business, Analytics, Informatics, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field. Interest in AI, automation, and data analysis. Strong communication and problemsolving skills. Ability to work independently and within a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; willingness to learn AI and automation tools. Knowledge of CRM tool, Salesforce Organized, detailoriented, and eager to learn new technologies.
