Overview LMI seeks an Infrastructure Resilience Lead to provide expertise in evaluating the physical resilience of facilities and infrastructure across a portfolio of DHS facilities, notably for US Customs and Border Protection (CBP). Work includes preparing and executing resilience assessments, analyzing associated data, and making recommendations to improve facility resilience. Candidate will be responsible for planning and coordination with stakeholders, developing comprehensive assessment summary reports, performance tracking and analyses, identifying effective follow-on actions and projects, tracking and complying with related Federal mandates, and developing executive talking points, white papers, and briefings. The ideal candidate will have subject matter expertise in areas related to facility resilience, continuity planning, system controls and operations management, IT/communications processes, power/utility(s) systems, and facility access and security measures. Strong capabilities in the areas of risk management/mitigation, data analytics, and program strategization and prioritization are preferred. Experienced Candidates should be based in the mid-Atlantic region, preferably near the Washington, DC area. This position will be supporting U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). Resilience Assessment & Implementation:
Serve as a technical advisor for planning, conducting, and summarizing resilience assessments at CBP facilities nationwide. Address issues related to infrastructure systems, utilities, transportation, and IT/communications to inform resilience decision-making. Qualifications
