In this position, you will directly influence financial decisionmaking across multiple business units and partner with a diverse set of stakeholders throughout the organization. The Finance Manager, Make vs Buy will collaborate closely with a core team of four and engage in extensive crossfunctional partnerships throughout the organization, including Supply Chain, Procurement, Plant Finance, Operations, and Leadership across International Make vs. Buy. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE... (MUST HAVE)
Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $105,300-$151,300Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
