About the Role
Redhorse Corporation is seeking an exceptional and experienced leader to serve as our Director of Growth for Combatant Commands and Service Components. This position leads a crossfunctional growth campaign centered on our suite of engineering services for the National Security business unit. This position has overall responsibility for the full gotomarket lifecycle-marketing, business development, capture, solution development, proposal development, project transition, and client success-while driving crosssell into adjacent business units. The role is accountable for building trusted executive relationships, shaping differentiated solutions, winning strategic programs, and ensuring flawless transition to delivery with measurable mission impact. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and leading pursuit of digital transformation requirements at the Combatant Commands and Service Components. They will also help manage ongoing contracting in these areas.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Build trust and lasting relationships with current and future customers to identify their needs and map them to Redhorse capabilities.
  • Evaluate opportunities for organic and new business growth, solve technical questions, work with other Redhorse technical experts to coordinate, and refine and tailor innovative solutions.
  • Lead complex negotiations with industry partners to build teams supporting large complex procurements and capture for complex and technical bids, including identifying and comprehending clients' requirements and buying patterns.
  • Develop complex technical solution options and build a cost-competitive industry team that can deliver client impact through a winning bid. pipelines.
  • Provide content for and lead RFI responses, draft content for technical sections of proposals and develop white papers and marketing collateral on a variety of technical topics of relevance to Redhorse customers.
Minimum Basic Requirements for Skills, Experience, Education, and Credentials
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • A minimum of 10 years of leadership experience with at least 3 years in federal sales in the National Security space (Defense, the Military Services, the Intelligence Community, Homeland Security, or Law Enforcement agencies), to include proposal development, preparation, analysis, writing, and reviews.
  • Experience securing large complex programs for federal customers.
  • Demonstrated success as both an individual contributor and leader on government proposal efforts.
  • Proven ability to drive key client communication and expectations, both internally and externally.
  • Experience engaging clients and developing relationships at the highest levels of the federal government.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to understand business functionality.
  • Ability to foster positive business relationships.
  • Experience working with office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and file sharing applications.
  • Able to work under pressure of deadlines.
  • Able to work outside of regular business hours and travel.
