This role partners closely with the Chief Executive Officer and executive leadership team to ensure strong governance, regulatory adherence, and sound legal practices across a complex, highly regulated healthcare environment. Senior Vice President & General Counsel In addition to legal counsel responsibilities, the General Counsel oversees key organizational functions including Legal, Compliance, Risk Management, External Affairs, and Internal Audit, supporting Mosaic's mission, sustainability, and growth. The General Counsel provides legal guidance and support across the enterprise while overseeing specific functions (Legal, External Affairs, Compliance, Risk Management and Internal Audit) focusing on the protection of corporate interests, regulatory adherence, and risk mitigation.
