Overview
We are seeking a Senior-Level Enhancement Specialist to provide advanced GEOINT mission support to NGA leadership. This role requires a highly experienced professional with strong organizational skills and a background comparable to a Staff Officer or Program Manager, capable of operating independently while leading collaboration across NGA and the broader Intelligence Community. The ideal candidate will bring deep GEOINT domain expertise, proven leadership experience, and the ability to advise government leadership on mission processes, technologies, and strategic integration efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Provide senior-level support to NGA office-level leadership, advising on GEOINT processes, procedures, and technologies Lead, integrate, and validate complex GEOINT mission tasks with minimal direction Develop, represent, and sustain inter-organizational mission partnerships across NGA, the Intelligence Community, and the Department of War (DoW) Prepare and deliver high-quality written correspondence, briefings, and recommendations for senior leadership (including flag officers) Collaborate across NGA and IC analysts to drive integrated GEOINT TCPED outcomes and improved analytic synergy Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies into GEOINT TCPED workflows Manage competing priorities independently while enabling GEOINT throughput and mission success Provide guidance, oversight, and quality assurance for lower-level personnel and contractor team members as required
10+ years of GEOINT analysis experience, including deep knowledge of the GEOINT Community, mission focus areas, and collection management structures
Hands-on experience with NSG tools and DoW/IC collaboration platforms supporting GEOINT collection, production, and visualization Strong understanding of national, commercial, and airborne GEOINT sensors, dissemination processes, and supporting architectures Knowledge of GEOINT collection processes, geospatial information systems (GIS), and geospatial data analysis Demonstrated ability to build and maintain internal NGA relationships and collaborate effectively with external IC and DoW partners Proven experience briefing senior leaders and translating mission needs into actionable recommendations Ability to work both independently and as part of a high-performing team in a dynamic mission environment
Experience with GEOINT International Affairs strategy, policy, mission, and procedures Experience supporting throughput integration and dissemination with Combatant Commands (COCOMs) and/or Armed Services Experience developing requirements for GEOINT systems Advanced understanding or core mission background in one or more of the following:
GEOINT Professional Certification - Fundamentals (GPC-F) GEOINT Professional Certification - Collections (GPC-C)
