Hourly Pay Range: $33.35 - $51.69 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position: Radiologic Technologist Lead Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 - for external applicants Location: Northwest Community Hospital Full Time/40 hours weekly Hours: Monday-Friday, 2:30pm to 11pm, or earlier if needed. Rotating holidays.
What you will do: The Radiologic Technologist Lead is a leadership role responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the radiologic technologist team. This includes overseeing daily operations, performing radiologic procedures, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This position requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety. Operates a variety of radiology equipment to produce radiographs of body for diagnostic purposes, as directed by physician, and in accordance to established protocols. Functions in a lead capacity for other technologists, offering guidance when necessary. Responsibilities include:
Perform payroll functions with precision, ensuring timely and accurate processing for each pay period. Develop, manage, and maintain staff schedules, including holiday scheduling, to ensure adequate coverage and operational efficiency. Lead and support departmental initiatives that extend beyond routine daily operations, contributing to longterm planning, process improvement, and strategic goals. Attend required dayshift meetings to represent the department, share updates, and collaborate with leadership and crossfunctional teams. Partner with the Day Lead Tech to prepare, review, and submit financial and productivity information for each pay period and monthly reporting cycles. Apply excellent organizational skills to manage workflows, maintain documentation, and support smooth departmental operations. Complete annual performance evaluations for assigned staff, providing constructive feedback and supporting professional growth. Perform additional duties as needed to support departmental objectives, operational efficiency, and the achievement of organizational goals.
What you will need:
Associates Degree Radiologic Technology, required 5+ Years experience as a Radiologic Technologist, with demonstrated leadership skills required. ARRT - Radiography (R) - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), required Radiologic Technologist - Radiography - State of Illinois IEMA (IEMA) Required CPR/BLS - American Heart Association (AHA) Required
