Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Sr. Manager, Strategic Planning & FP&A to lead financial and strategic initiatives for the Home Appliance Sales Division. This role requires strong financial expertise, strategic insight, and proven leadership to optimize sales performance, enhance profitability, and support long-term market leadership. The successful candidate will translate complex financial data into actionable insights and deliver strategic recommendations that inform decision-making for senior management and sales leadership.

Responsibilities:



  • Drive the development and implementation of our businesses' visions, strategies, and long-term strategic priorities
  • Manage the financial success of the department by meeting sales, profit, and growth goals, analyzing historical data and current trends, providing strategic recommendations to maximize opportunities & mitigate risk
  • Develop the annual financial & KPI plans of sales individuals in conjunction with top-down direction and bottom-up proposals
  • Accurately, objectively and constructively evaluate performance of sales individuals via KPI development & measurement process
  • Partner with product management team to develop strategies/guidelines for the respective channel and product category
  • Act as key Finance contact for the sales leaders and their team providing insights and direction
  • Participating in various finance led process improvement activities and other special projects
  • Organize data for monthly report on KPI metrics & ad-hoc analyses, and communicate to impacted teams and leadership
  • Own quality database maintenance and development
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing project performance data and making recommendations for process improvements


Qualifications / Education / Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree in business, industrial engineering, or other related fields
  • Master's degree (MBA) and/or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) highly preferred.
  • Experience creating business plans, analyses, and strategic plans, including synthesizing primary and secondary research to support recommendations
  • Minimum 12 years of progressive work experience in strategic planning and/or FP&A, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role in the consumer electric or appliance industry
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships with business representatives
  • Must have advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex sales data into actionable insights.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with ERP systems, Online Analytical Processing, and CRM systems, (e.g., SAP, OLAP, Salesforce) is highly desirable.
  • Bilingual (English / Korean): Must be able to read and write Korean


Recruiting Range
$139,000 - $158,000 USD
