About the role

As a Senior Change Management Consultant at SADA, you will be the primary point of contact for corporate and enterprise customers to lead them through envisioning, planning, and delivering user adoption, training, and change management consulting. You will work closely with clients, demonstrating functional and professional knowledge to ensure that the work products and deliverables are customized to a client's specific needs and held to industry standards leading to client satisfaction. You may support the sales team by meeting with Customers and reviewing SADA's change management methodology.

As a Sr Change Management Consultant you will:

  • Required Travel - up to 25-50% travel to customer sites.
  • Customer Facing - This is a very customer-facing role. You will usually interact with customers on a daily basis. You will participate on calls and facilitate remote and onsite customer training.
  • You will also support sales demos and workshops, and must be able to demonstrate the benefits of using Google Workspace. You will be a member or lead of a project team that works collectively toward deploying Google Workspace
  • Strategic Leadership in Change Management - You will lead change management initiatives for large and complex Customers, with a focus on Google Workspace transformations. This includes clearly defining overarching change strategies and timelines, conducting and planning stakeholder engagement, creating communication frameworks, and delivering scalable training architectures that suit the Client's specific needs.
  • Advanced Relationship Management - You will cultivate trust with, communicate progress to, and provide strategic guidance for C-Suite and executive Customer stakeholders, as well as internal stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • A minimum of 3 years exposure to Google Workspace
  • At least 5 years of change management experience
  • At least 3 years external consulting experience
  • At least 3 years training experience
  • At least 3 years of experience interacting with and presenting to senior leader
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven time management skills, remaining flexible in responding to changing client needs
  • Strong analytical skills and good problem solving skills
