SALARY RANGE: $60,100.00 - $82,662.50

PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT

Assists in cash management and related reporting of GROWMARK and subsidiaries by determining the daily cash position of a large portion of bank accounts, maintaining records of daily treasury activities, maintaining bank communications and systems, and assisting in daily receipt and disbursement activity.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Determines the daily cash position of a large percentage of GROWMARK and its subsidiary bank accounts and executes transactions related to funding bank accounts.

Records daily intercompany loan activity and reconciles monthly loan statements and executes resulting interest payments.

Operates bank software and internet applications used in daily cash management activities; communicates with banks to investigate and resolve questions/problems related to cash activities.

Processes or reviews and approves transactions accurately and timely in accordance with department policies for electronic payments.

Calculates and executes FX trades to optimize GROWMARK's global cash position.

Handles the administration of GROWMARK's equipment leasing programs. Monitors payment schedules, EBO decision dates and monthly invoices. Coordinates completion of related paperwork and required authorizations and completes notifications as needed.

Reviews and processes monthly bank fees including internal allocations.

Assists with monthly cash management reports and internal and external audit requests.

Maintains listing of authorized check signers and updates as needed.

Serves as the primary back-up and is cross trained with the Cash Analyst and Cash Specialist positions.

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS

Assists with Cash Analyst, Cash Specialist, and Credit Analyst positions as needed.

Follows GROWMARK's Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.

Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Normally requires a college degree in accounting, finance, or business administration or equivalent, and related experience to demonstrate the ability to provide cash management leadership to the GROWMARK System.

Understanding and experience with accounting/finance-related areas including cash management and reconciliations.

Prefer previous accounting, banking, and/or finance-related experience.

Proven leadership skills and the ability to achieve results through others.

Proven professional communication, interpersonal, persuasion, and customer service skills.

Demonstrated planning, organization, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Proven ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Proven computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite of products, most notably Excel.

Demonstrated GROWMARK Essential Abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.

Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.

Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK's policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to base pay, certain roles may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and commissions.
