Job Description

Job Responsibilities & Requirements

• Assist in analyzing and tracking SAP post-go-live issues and trends across functional workstreams; support the AMS team in managing incident resolution and knowledge capture.

• Help maintain and enhance SAP AMS operational procedures, SOPs, and knowledge base articles to reflect evolving processes and lessons learned from stabilization.

• Partner with the Service Delivery Manager to design and update AMS performance dashboards and reports - tracking SLA metrics, ticket volumes, and root cause analysis.

• Support governance meetings between MiTek and the AMS partner by preparing status summaries, risk/issue logs, and performance review materials.

• Contribute with improving AMS efficiency through analytics and automation - such as ticket categorization insights, turnaround time optimization, or predictive trend analysis.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Foundational understanding of SAP ERP (preferably S/4HANA) and its core business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Master Data).

• Familiarity with ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and tools such as ServiceNow preferred.

• Strong analytical, documentation, and Excel/Power BI (or equivalent) skills.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Physical Demands
This role is performed in an office environment where a computer, telephone and other office equipment are used as needed to perform the duties of the role.
