Are you an experienced leasing or property management professional ready to take ownership of your own community? Alexander Lofts, a 60-unit market-rate community, is seeking a confident, service-driven Property Manager to lead daily operations, manage financial performance, and deliver an excellent resident experience. This role is ideal for someone who can step in with minimal training and manage a community independently.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily operations of a 60-unit market-rate community

• Lead leasing, marketing, and resident relations to maintain strong occupancy

• Manage rent collections, delinquency, and oversee evictions as needed

• Prepare and manage the annual operating budget and monthly variances

• Supervise on-site staff and coordinate maintenance and vendors

• Conduct property inspections, unit turns, and move-in and move-out processes

• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies

What You'll Bring

• Leasing and/or property management experience

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Experience managing collections and working within a budget

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Bilingual skills preferred

• Prior supervisory experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $50,000 - $53,000 annually with opportunities for growth
