Job Summary:
The Talent Development Partner III plays a pivotal role in advancing our organization's learning culture and performance by designing, developing, and facilitating innovative and high-impact learning experiences that build professional and leadership skills and capability, strengthen team dynamics, and foster a culture of continuous learning. This role partners with HR, business leaders, and subject matter experts to assess development needs, deliver scalable learning solutions, and embed talent development into the core of our business.
Essential Functions:
- Partner with HR Business Partners, business leaders and stakeholders to assess learning needs and identify competency/skill gaps aligned with organizational strategy.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to create and implement customized learning and development plans that drive individual and team performance and engagement.
- Translate business objectives into learning strategies, curricula and roadmaps that support talent growth and performance improvement
- Design and deliver high-impact, learner-centered development experiences including virtual instructor-led training (vILT), videos, and other on-demand resources using adult learning theory and instructional design best-practices.
- Creates clear, visually engaging instructional materials-including slide decks, participant guides, and job aids-that reflect sound instructional design and visual communication principles. Ensuring materials are accessible, inclusive, and aligned with brand and learning objectives.
- Applies a variety of facilitation methods (e.g., discussion-based learning, simulations, experiential activities, peer learning, and role plays) to deepen understanding and behavior change and demonstrates confident facilitation presence and the ability to manage group dynamics in diverse audiences and settings.
- Design and facilitation responsibilities may include topics around developmental learning, critical organizational wide skills, mentoring experiences, new hire orientation, leadership development, promotion readiness, or team learning and engagement sessions.
- Manages project details and uses data to refine learning, demonstrate ROI, and inform future learning strategies.
- Takes ownership of learning projects and requests, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder updates to ensure commitments are met and outcomes are achieved.
- Manage logistics for learning offerings including scheduling calendar, roster management, and conducting learning assessments using LMS platforms and other technology.
- Define and track key metrics and effectiveness measures (e.g., participant feedback, behavior change, business impact) for all learning initiatives.
- Perform any other job related duties as requested.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Learning and Development, Education, Human Resources, or a related field is required
- Master's degree in Organizational Development, Learning and Development, or related field is preferred
- Equivalent years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of required education
- Five (5) years of experience in learning and development, instructional design and/or facilitation in a corporate environment. required
- Proven track record designing and delivering learning programs for varied audiences (individual contributors and/or leaders) using adult learning theory. required
- Demonstrated ability to partner with stakeholders at all levels, manage multiple priorities, and measure learning outcomes. required
- Experience using learning evaluation methods and tools (e.g., Kirkpatrick, surveys, feedback loops) required
Competencies, Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills (virtual and in-person).
- Proficiency in adult learning and design methodologies, instructional design, LMS or learning platform administration, and experience with blended/virtual learning delivery.
- Strong business acumen and ability to link learning to business goals
- Analytical mindset with ability to assess data and metrics
- Project management and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal, influencing, collorative, and stakeholder management skills.

Licensure and Certification:
- Certification or demonstrated experience facilitating team and individual assessments (e.g., DiSC, MBTI, CliftonStrengths, or similar frameworks) preferred
Working Conditions:
- General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Up to 15% (Occasional) travel based on the needs of the department may be required
Compensation Range: $72,200.00 - $115,500.00 CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate's education, training, and experience as well as the position's scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level. In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance.
