Specifically, we are looking for aTS/SCI cleared Data Analyst - Seniorto support this mission at Pope Army Airfield, North Carolina. Responsibilities: As a Data Analyst - Senior, you will provide technical and management leadership for all equipment and information support functions across the Task Order. Your responsibilities include:
Plans and leads data analysis efforts for all equipment tracking, information management, and asset preservation activities across multiple operational domains.
- Drives the strategic development of integrated strategies for equipment tracking, information management, and asset preservation by leveraging advanced data analytics.
- Functions as a technical expert in implementing systematic processes for equipment monitoring, information control, and resource optimization, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights.
- Architects, designs, and leads the implementation of data visualization solutions to present complex equipment and information support data effectively.
- Evaluates the overall effectiveness of equipment and information support strategies, identifying trends, and recommending major changes based on data analysis to enhance resilience and optimize C2ISR capabilities.
- Provides expert guidance to asset managers and project teams on data analysis best practices, complex data interpretation, and effective communication of data insights.
- Mentors and supervises journeyman and junior Data Analysts, fostering skill development and ensuring consistency in data quality and analytical rigor.
- Leads the development and implementation of comprehensive sustainment plans, including RSPLs, with data-driven insights on procurement, storage, and shipping costs.
- Conducts advanced lifecycle analyses for all delivered equipment, providing data-backed recommendations for necessary upgrades and proactive inventory management.
- Collaborates strategically with technical teams and customer representatives to align data analysis with broader equipment and information support objectives.
- Utilizes the following TO Management & Financial Tracking Tools: Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate); G Invoicing API; ASSIST portal integration; variance analysis dashboards; MS Project; Primavera; GFP management modules; WBS tracking systems; ServiceNow; Jira Service Desk; automated RIP/CTP/TAR workflows; SharePoint libraries; Confluence; Microsoft Search; lessons learned databases; video library repositories; Archer GRC; internal audit portals; Excel/SharePoint audit templates; CMDB with version control; Power BI with R/Python integration; Tableau; predictive analytics engines; Teams; Azure AD role based access; mobile access via Power Apps.
- Utilizes the following Role Specific Tools: Microsoft Excel; Power BI; Tableau; SharePoint; Confluence; ServiceNow; Jira; statistical analysis tools.
Qualifications
Required qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Data Analyst or similar role supporting a DoD customer at the CCMD level
- Minimum of 8 years' experience with a BS/BA degree or 6 years' experience with a MS/MA or 3 years' experience with a Ph.D. OR 12 years without a degree OR 10 years with AS/AA
- A current, active DoD security clearance at the TS/SCI level
- US citizenship is required
Desired Qualifications:
- Must complete DoD-approved IA baseline certification for ADP-III/IT-III based on the IAT level and CE/Operating System (OS) certificate within six months of the assignment.
Work Environment:
- Location:Pope Army Airfield, NC
- On-site expectations: Full-time on-site presence required for equipment management and asset tracking
- Travel:May require occasional travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites for logistics coordination and facility assessments

Target Salary Range
$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
