Sales Enablement Manager

The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible and accountable for strategizing, developing, implementing, and overseeing multiple cross-functional programs and initiatives that align with organizational objectives. This position has a primary goal of helping the sales team sell more effectively and efficiently by updating tools and content and by developing training programs.

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader who fosters a culture of Continuous Improvement and consistently drives measurable year-over-year performance gains. This leader will champion commercial excellence ensuring that all key performance indicators exceed stakeholder expectations. Additionally, this leader will be instrumental in shaping the organization's strategic direction by developing and executing both short-and long-term plans that support sustainable, profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Focus on boosting sales team performance by identifying and improving commercial processes.

  • Develop and execute sales enablement strategies, aligning sales, marketing, and product teams to business goals.

  • Identify knowledge gaps, streamline processes, and gather feedback from sales teams.

  • Use analytics to assess effectiveness and drive change(s).

  • Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding for new hires (including Manufacturer Representatives) to accelerate time to productivity.

  • Understand multi-organizational stakeholders' interests and communication requirements, effectively addresses expectations, and provide timely key messages.

Required Skills/QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5-7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a sales or sales support role

  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing or equivalent professional experience with demonstrated results.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment, managing resources and deliverables from Marketing, Product Management, and Sales

Preferred Skills/Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MS Engineering, MBA)

  • Six Sigma Certification

  • PMP Certification

  • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques

  • Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills to lead teams

  • Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce)
