The CITY2 Video Analyst is a full-time position, where your primary focus will be assisting the CITY2 Technical Staff. Duties and tasks will focus on the preparation of scouting reports and video presentations for upcoming opponents, meeting with Coaching Staff to produce training suggestions and create tactical plans for upcoming games. You will also be responsible for live feedback during games to effect decisions made at half time and in game.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Support Technical Staff by preparing in depth scouting reports for all games
Support Technical Staff and Players with Pre-Game video presentations as a team and individuals
Prepare staff and players by providing individual scouting videos for the opposition starting 11 Contribute to the weekly plan for training through knowledge of opposition teams and philosophy of the team's style of play
Live, Individual and Post Game Coding of All St. Louis CITY2 matches, including away games
Support Technical Staff In-Game with radio communication and video clips for review at half time
Distribute video to players, relating to their positional requirements for self-reflection
Convert and database film from multiple angles
Provide video resources to coaches and players to develop understanding of playing style and performance
Oversee the filming and breakdown of training
Oversee the full set up of equipment and video technology on game day
Assist as needed with regional training program
Travel with the team to all away games to fulfill Video Analysis duties
Monitor and maintain video equipment and software partnerships
Contact person for all organizational and administrative tasks regarding all coaching areas of the performance level
Stay up to date on coaching licenses and badges.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in related field required
Experience and knowledge of Analysis Software, including; Hudl Sports, Game On, Opta,
and Wyscout
Minimum 2 years analysis experience in a professional setting
Consistently researching the best practices to grow professionally in the analysis department Ability to handle multiple tasks at once, and deal with tasks that are time sensitive
Strong organizational skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Reliable transportation required
Able to work flexible hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends
Strong knowledge of soccer tactics, sport science and multidisciplinary development.
Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
High ability to work with and guide a team.
Expert knowledge to identify, develop and support soccer talent.
Set and maintain a high standard of work performance, delivering quality consistently and effectively.
Effective communication skills with an emphasis on clearly communicating the mission, vision of the CITY2 and club culture with players, families and community members.
Candidate should possess a professional demeanor and communication skills to effectively work with both internal and external constituents.
Accurate, efficient, and timely execution of tasks and able to be flexible and resourceful in response to changing priorities and needs.
Excellent facilitation skills, including the ability to manage and resolve tensions, disputes and conflicts.
Detail oriented and organized with effective time management and prioritization skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Must be able to work evenings, weekends, events, and holidays as required.
