This is a 5+ month engagement for a hybrid position in Redmond, WA (Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday). This role could extend up to 18 months.

This role is integral to a team focused on developing and managing strategic partnerships and licensing agreements within the interactive entertainment sector. You will play a vital part in supporting the full lifecycle of partnership contracts, from initial negotiation preparation and operational workflows to ensuring meticulous documentation and compliance. Your contributions will directly enable the expansion of offerings and enhance the experience for millions of users.

Key Responsibilities



  • Support senior managers in executing and managing partnership contracts, ensuring timely processing and compliance.
  • Assist with the preparation of negotiation materials, contract templates, and operational tasks throughout all deal stages.
  • Ensure proper filing of agreements and all relevant documentation within internal systems.
  • Manage supplier set-up and payment requests to partners using internal procurement and finance tools.
  • Initiate and execute non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) for new partnerships as required.
  • Maintain various team trackers, including rights management, and monitor expiry dates to ensure continuous compliance.
  • Contribute to the triage and response process for external partnership proposals.
  • Provide support for other related team projects as needed.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.



Must-Have Qualifications



  • 8+ years of overall professional experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project and task management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience demonstrating high attention to detail in managing complex processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service and interpersonal collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage one's time and priorities.
  • *Proficiency with standard office computer applications.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Business Development or paralegal role, specifically managing and negotiating legal contracts within the entertainment industry.
  • Significant experience with process management and prioritization in collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with legal contracts, Finance, and Legal teams on time-sensitive deals, while ensuring policy compliance.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles, including strategic planning and resource planning.
  • Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles as needed.
  • Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, liberal arts, economics, finance, accounting, or a relevant field.
