DevOps/Release Management to support production release lifecycle Technology Startup Ability to dig in technically as needed on the AWS side - familiarity and understanding the concepts and what is required for successful delivery. Our client is currently seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a proven track record of leading Agile SW Development teams in a startup/innovative capacity. Successful candidate will be leading two existing scrum teams/development squads (typical structure of 4 SW Engineers + 2 SDETs) that are responsible for delivering solutions within the CDO program. Seeking a very strong Agilist that knows how to implement & lead Scrum. Go-getter with strong initiative that doesn't need managed or guided. Seeking someone who is a hands on/team focused Agilist, knows how to get the metrics and how to get things moving in partnership with SW Leaders/Dev Managers to help them prioritize and deliver. Seeking someone with proven experience with SAFe or at least strong familiarity. Strong Agile mindset from a delivery standpoint and ability to dig in technical if needed on the AWS side (concepts and familiarity with the technology). This is a contract opportunity that could last up to 2 years and could potentially lead to direct employment.
