As a Sr. Salesforce Admin, you'll be responsible for being an expert in identifying and implementing custom and out-of-the-box functionality provided by the Salesforce application. The Salesforce Sr. Admin will work closely with the supported functional areas, Agile Product Team, and Salesforce development team to recommend and implement the most cost-effective and sustainable Salesforce configurations as possible. This person will have diverse responsibilities focused on Salesforce capabilities, Salesforce application cycles, custom business processes, and user communications. This key functional resource will help identify configuration (declarative) or customization (programmatic) needs, including creation of Agile business requirement documentation. The Sr. Admin will work closely with other 'leads' on the assigned project(s) to best leverage Salesforce capabilities, perform higher level configuration, and mentor users on this configuration of Salesforce.

For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead process design and project implementation teams in process improvement activities
  • Diagnose process improvement opportunities and develop solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools
  • Lead your business partners in the creation, implementation, and evaluation of Total Quality Management (TQM) programs

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Salesforce Admin experience
  • An advanced Admin Certification
  • Comfort working in an Agile work environment
  • Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven to be comfortable in a matrix team environment/team player
  • Proven to be a problem Solver/Ability to raise and address issues and provide potential solutions independently and with different levels of leadership
  • Proven ability to think independently and consider cross-functional and downstream impacts
  • Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to probe for actual requirements and desired outcomes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Lightning Experience
  • SF Data loader Experience
  • Consulting experience beneficial
  • Experience with integrations to/from Salesforce
  • Healthcare industry knowledge

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $112,700 to $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
