We are seeking an experienced Lead AI Product Manager to drive digital adoption and engagement while optimizing user experiences through the strategic use of Artificial Intelligence. This leadership role is responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and implementing AI-powered features across our digital platforms in close partnership with other product teams. You will collaborate with design, engineering, data science, and marketing to deliver seamless, impactful digital journeys that increase customer satisfaction, deepen engagement, and maximize the value of our AI investments.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead the vision, strategy, and execution for AI-driven digital adoption and engagement initiatives
  • Identify opportunities and prioritize the development of AI-powered features that enhance user experiences across platforms
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, engineering, data science, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive and innovative solutions
  • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and continuous optimization
  • Analyze user behavior, engagement data, and feedback to inform product decisions and measure the impact of AI features
  • Champion best practices for digital adoption and user engagement, leveraging emerging AI technologies to stay ahead of market trends
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years focused on AI, machine learning, or data-driven digital products
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing complex projects in agile environments
  • Passion for innovation and delivering impactful digital experiences
  • Proven track record of delivering AI-powered features that drive user adoption and engagement
  • Solid understanding of AI technologies, digital engagement strategies, and user experience best practices
  • Demonstrated excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the healthcare industry
  • Demonstrated solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change across the organization

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $112,700 to $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
