The Loan Servicing Oversight Manager is responsible for managing and monitoring third-party vendors that provide loan servicing functions. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and internal policies while driving performance, quality, and risk mitigation across the vendor relationships. In addition, this role supports strategic initiatives, ensures compliance with internal policies, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and enhance overall efficiency. This position follows a hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week. Primary Responsibilities:

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $112,700 to $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
