The Loan Servicing Oversight Manager is responsible for managing and monitoring third-party vendors that provide loan servicing functions. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and internal policies while driving performance, quality, and risk mitigation across the vendor relationships. In addition, this role supports strategic initiatives, ensures compliance with internal policies, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and enhance overall efficiency.

This position follows a hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all loan servicing third-party vendors
  • Monitor vendor performance against service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Conduct regular business reviews and audits to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory standards
  • Partner with Compliance and Risk teams to identify and mitigate operational and reputation risks
  • Analyze vendor processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve escalated issues and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain accurate records of vendor performance, compliance findings, and remediation plans
  • Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on vendor performance and risk status
  • Foster solid partnerships with vendors to ensure alignment with organizational goals

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in loan servicing, vendor management, or financial services operations
  • Proven solid understanding of loan servicing processes
  • Proven excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with contract management and SLA/KPI monitoring
  • Demonstrated high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proven solid communication and relationship management skills
  • Experience working in a highly regulated industry

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $112,700 to $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
