We're looking for a Director of Design to lead our web and brand design team to drive visual excellence across both online and offline touch points. In this role, you'll manage a team of eight talented designers while partnering closely with brand strategy, marketing, and product teams to deliver high-impact web, event, and marketing assets that bring the Slack brand to life. You'll also be responsible for the Slack brand design system, ensuring it is up to date, reflective of or overall brand strategies that draw closer connection with the Salesforce brand and is adhered to across all teams and vendors. The role is critical in driving a high bar for creative excellence while fostering strong cross functional partnerships with marketing leaders in Growth, PMM, Invoice as well as Product Design and Engineering and Salesforce creative leadership. You are the leader of Slack Design as should be seen as the go-to person for all visual questions, needs, and guidance. The typical base salary range for this position is $196,800 - $285,300 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $196,800 - $285,300 annually.
