Job Description Summary The Director, HEOR Product Lead develops and implements HEOR, PCO, HTA and/or pricing strategies, in partnership with GDD, TAs, MAP, Regions and priority countries, that enable better patient outcomes and increased access for prioritized assets. They are responsible for the development and delivery of all aspects of the HEOR, PCO, HTA and/or pricing strategy and execution for priority assets from (pre-) POC to FDP. They develop HEOR, Pricing, HTA and/or PCO strategies with specific focus on priority countries major HTA architypes and Budget Impact archetypes needs and feasibility. They are responsible for building and continually enhancing best-in-class HEOR, PCO, HTA and/or pricing capabilities to establish and retain competitive advantage in a dynamic market environment. They are an expert in outcomes research, PROs and other relevant HEOR specialty areas and maintains an industry leading HEOR reputation for the TA; particularly within one disease area.Job Description Major accountabilities:
Minimum Requirements:
The salary for this position is expected to range between $185,500 and $344,500 per year. The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors. Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards.
