Pay Rate: $21.96 - $30.26 per hour

Shift: 3rd Shift | 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

You've got the know-how to fix what's broken and the smarts to keep it from breaking in the first place. This Die Maintenance Technician gig is built for people who want respect, reliable work, and paychecks that feel right.

Your Skills

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2 year degree in machining or tooling technology (or successful completion of an apprenticeship program).
• Previous experience required (welding experience a plus).
• Can troubleshoot electrical or mechanical problems fast.
• Blueprints and manuals don't slow you down.
• Comfortable working on your feet, lifting, and hustling in all conditions.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to lift, stand, and remain on one's feet for the duration of the shift.
• Willingness to complete and maintain overhead crane certification.
• Ability to work in a team-based, production-focused environment.

The Day to Day

• Follow all safety, quality, and work procedures related to chemicals and operating equipment.
• Clean scheduled dies using dry ice cleaning procedures and equipment.
• Transport dies to and from presses and storage areas using overhead and gantry cranes.
• Perform minor die repairs, including grinding, welding, and spotting.
• Clean, lubricate, and maintain die components.
• Track preventive maintenance activities accurately using maintenance logs.
• Exchange, store, and secure gas cylinders according to safety standards.
• Assist with die maintenance calls on production lines.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the die maintenance storage cage and materials.
• Complete TPM assignments, cross-training, and other duties as assigned.
• Work collaboratively with the team and maintain reliable attendance.
• Support overtime, weekend work, and job or shift rotation as required.
