Why Join Us: What You'll Do: - Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
- Staff the front desk post, greet and direct visitors, employees, and vendors, and provide general information while maintaining a professional presence.
- Verify identity and access permissions using approved methods such as identification checks, visitor logs, and access lists, and issue visitor badges and/or temporary credentials per site policy.
- Monitor lobby and reception areas for unusual activity and notify appropriate personnel of security-related concerns.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications, documenting details, and coordinating with on-site leadership.
- Operate and monitor access control systems, intercoms, telephones, and security-related communications equipment as assigned.
- Enforce site-specific sign-in and sign-out procedures for guests, contractors, and deliveries, and route packages and deliveries according to location protocols.
- Maintain complete and accurate reports, including incident reports, visitor records, and shift activity logs, and communicate relevant information during post turnover.
- Support emergency procedures such as evacuation, medical response, and fire alarm response by following post orders and providing directions to occupants and first responders as needed.
- Assist Allied Universal leadership and client representatives with administrative security-related tasks, including answering inquiries and relaying time-sensitive messages.
Minimum Requirements: - - CPR certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
- - Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- - Customer service experience is preferred.
- - Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- - A guard card and/or license is preferred.
- - Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- - Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- - As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
