As a Security Officer - Clinic Patrol Driver in Cleveland, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal at a leading healthcare location as an unarmed driving patrol officer, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete vehicle and foot rounds, and stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, parking areas, and the perimeter, observing for unusual activity, hazards, and policy violations and reporting findings.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing assistance, de-escalation, and timely notifications to the appropriate personnel.
• Control access to designated areas by monitoring entrances, verifying credentials when required, and directing visitors to proper check-in locations based on site procedures.
• Complete daily activity logs and incident reports, document security-related events accurately, and communicate information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts during shift transitions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Hospital: Vaccines are required.
• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
